The role

As a Reporting & Controlling Analyst, you will join our dynamic Accounting & Finance team and report to the Head of FP&A and Controlling. You will work towards implementing ways to streamline the financial activities that will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the financial department in alignment with the company's goals and policies.

• Support monthly/quarterly and year-end management account close process
• Review of company contracts and expenses recalculation in specific areas
• Review of General Ledger in Balance Sheet and Pn L accounts for reporting purposes
• Assist in the formulation of internal controls
• Assist in Preparation of Financial Statements and Reporting Packages (BS, PNL, CF)
• Assist with the timely submission of monthly management reporting
• Assist in controlling processes and developing and documenting business and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen
• Participate in ad-hoc activities of the department

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics

• At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant role
• Previous working experience in audit firms (Big 4 environment) will be considered a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Strong goal-orientation, organizational skills with analytical mindset
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Ability to work on multiple projects, adhere to timelines and demonstrate ownership
• Excellent knowledge and working experience with MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluency in English language with excellent verbal & writing skills
