Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract an HR Systems & Reporting Professional to join our Total Rewards and HR Operations team at Sunlight’s Athens premises.
The right incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the HR Information Systems, providing training and support to all users, and producing HR reports/analytics to Sunlight Group Management. The role reports to the Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager.

Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract an HR Systems & Reporting Professional to join our Total Rewards and HR Operations team at Sunlight’s Athens premises.
The right incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the HR Information Systems, providing training and support to all users, and producing HR reports/analytics to Sunlight Group Management. The role reports to the Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include
- Support the implementation, development, enhancement, and maintenance of the HRIS and other HR systems
- Perform regular quality checks on data within the HRIS i.e., ensuring that all relevant HR records are properly maintained in accordance with department and business objectives
- Provide workforce data to other internal functions (e.g. IT, finance, production)
- Provide standard and customized reports to senior management
- Act as a liaison with the HRIS vendor and other third parties for additional software needs
- Oversee troubleshooting involving internal IT support and vendors, ensuring that all issues are correctly addressed and solved in a timely manner
- Ensure that compensation components and other salary-related information within the HRIS and payroll system are up-to-date as per Company policy
- Participate in the implementation of new data processes and systems
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders who have access to the HRIS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a Computer discipline
- Proven experience in HRIS system, knowledge of SAP Success Factors preferred
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users and to all levels in the organization
- High level of integrity while handling confidential information
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
