Job Summary

Assumes responsibility of the smooth operation of the Boutique, maintaining appropriate levels of stock and supplies for the team. Will liaise with all guests in a polite and professional manner. Will prepare any financial reports if required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Takes responsibility to ensure that all displays are attractive and well maintained.

Provides a warm and professional manner when interacting with guests and team members.

Is responsible for all promotional activities and ensuring that targets are met.

Conducts any additional sales related activities as their role dictates.

Ensures that any guest preferences are accurately report to the Front Office Team for updating in the SAGA system for future use.

Follow the brand principles of We Create Joy in every interaction both internally and externally.

Ensure that the retail outlet is always manned.

S kills, Experience & Educational Requirements

High School Diploma

Minimum 1 year experience Retail agents position preferable in a hotel setting.

Excellent knowledge of English

Computer Literacy

Telephone Etiquette
