Sales Administrative Specialist, SOFTONE Impact

SOFTONE IMPACT is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Your Role
As a Sales Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales team by providing administrative and operational support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in achieving their targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position involves close collaboration with sales representatives, customers, and various internal departments to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of the sales function.
Your contribution to the success of the team:
Customer Interaction:
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, calls, and messages. Coordinate with Key Account Managers to gather necessary information for customer support
Proposal Preparation Processing:
Facilitate and manage the end-to-end financial proposal preparation and sales orders under the guidance of Key Account Managers
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain and organize sales documentation, contracts, and CRM records
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather information and address customer queries
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment-related matters
- Collaborate with Sales Team & Marketing Dept. to ensure alignment between sales efforts and promotional activities
- Assist Key Account Managers in managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support for sales meetings, conferences, and events
- Utilize CRM and ERP tools to update and maintain customer information
- Monitor and report on customer engagement and interactions
- 2-3 Years previous working experience in similar position
- University degree in Business or similar
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, understanding ERP/CRM basic functions
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Very good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to work under pressure
