About the Role :
Kariera.group is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of Hosthub to focus on outbound leads . The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold-calling potential clients, specifically small and medium-sized property management businesses, with a focus on international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company, work fully remotely, and be a key player in expanding Hosthub’s reach.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct cold calls to prospects from targeted lists, primarily focusing on property managers and small to medium-sized management businesses outside of Greece.

Generate interest by engaging potential clients and presenting Hosthub’s solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualify prospects through strategic discovery questions.

Schedule demos with the appropriate Account Executive for further discussions.

Achieve and exceed targets including number of calls, demos booked, and lead coverage within the CRM.

What We’re Looking For :
Native English speaker or someone with near-native proficiency in English , with strong verbal and written communication skills. ️

Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or customer service is highly preferred. Experience in the property management or Saa S industry is a strong plus.

Comfortable with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.

Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. ⏰

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, results-driven attitude.

Ideal Candidates Might Have :
Experience in the property management industry, particularly with short-term rental platforms or property management solutions. ️

Worked at companies offering services or technology solutions to property managers or within the short-term rental industry.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
