Sales Support Assistant (based in Patras)

We are currently seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Support Assistant based in Patras, Greece to extend vital support to our sales team, with a particular focus on catering to the needs of ELT professionals. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, offering administrative assistance to enhance and streamline sales processes. Key responsibilities:
  • Providing daily customer service via phone calls and emails to ELT professionals.
  • Efficiently registering orders and managing the processing of all orders with precision and timeliness.
  • Collaborating with our sales department to follow up on open orders.
  • Addressing customer complaints and delivering after-sales support upon request.
  • Supporting the sales team by furnishing relevant data and reports tailored to the ELT sector.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English language & literature or relevant field.
  • Demonstrating an excellent written and spoken command of English; (possession of a C2 level certification)
  • Relevant work experience, particularly in the ELT sector, will be considered a significant asset.
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency and experience in Excel and office software applications. Familiarity with ERP systems will be highly beneficial.
  • Being a team player with a strong dedication to cooperation.
  • Demonstrating organizational skills and responsibility, with a problem-solving aptitude.
