We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to assist with the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI and ML solutions. This role will be pivotal in transforming UBITECH's technological vision into robust, scalable systems that drive efficiency and empower our teams.

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to assist with the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI and ML solutions. This role will be pivotal in transforming UBITECH's technological vision into robust, scalable systems that drive efficiency and empower our teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Define, architect, and lead the development of AI/ML solutions that align with UBITECH’s vision and operational goals, with a focus on internal tools and chatbot-driven support systems.
- Conduct research to provide technical solutions to scale AI/ML powered features for real-world challenges, making trade-offs based on quality, scalability, performance, and cost.
- Develop and deliver scalable, resilient AI systems, ensuring they are ethical, compliant, and aligned with company values and standards.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, managing timelines, resources, and performance metrics to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Stay on the cutting edge of AI/ML advancements, exploring new models, technologies, and frameworks that can enhance UBITECH’s AI toolkit.
- Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML engineering with a focus on solution architecture, ideally in designing and implementing large-scale, ethical AI applications.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Java, Python and data engineering.
- AI Model Knowledge: Experience with NLP models, transformers, LLMs, and MLOps practices for production-grade deployment.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex AI/ML projects from concept through implementation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose technical and operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
