We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Business Software Applications Division. This role requires in-depth knowledge of BI software tools, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to guide multiple implementations in various business areas.

Responsibilities

Develop Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to meet business needs and drive data-driven decision-making.
Create and maintain comprehensive data models and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
Analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document reporting requirements.
Provide guidance to junior team members and stakeholders regarding BI tools and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends in BI technologies to ensure the use of cutting-edge tools and practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence software tools, including hands-on e

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence software tools, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL query writing.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Good to Have
- Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and predictive analytics.
