Senior Brand Manager

Duties & responsibilities:
Contributes to the creation of the annual Marketing Communication Strategy

Participates in the design and execution of ATL/BTL Campaigns & Projects (360, Tactical, Digital, Sponsorships, Events etc.)

Carries responsibilities for the ad brief creation, the Creative strategy & ideas process, the production process of all assets, the campaign architecture & execution of Media/Digital Plan in cooperation with the Media team, the communication assets of all touchpoints such as websites, mobile apps, press, etc.

Holds responsibility for the Social Media Strategy Design and Execution.

Holds responsibility for Google Ads Planning, Budgeting and Execution.

Analyzes market environment, competition, business insights and runs Market Research Studies in collaboration with the team.

Is responsible for the Marketing Communication Budget Management within his area of expertise.

Develops reports for all marketing communication activities & KPIs.

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or any other related field

A master’s degree will be considered a plus.

2-4 years of relevant experience as a Brand Manager in a Commercial or Construction Company

Experience in a complex business environment

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results, within strict deadlines.

Overall strategic marketing view

Desire and capability to work in an agile environment.

Effective project management and stakeholder management skills

Excellent command of the English language (Proficiency)
