We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Planner to join our team.

The location for this position is in Mandra, Greece.

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and schedule Field Service (FS) activities and work orders.
Planning board daily update.
Support service teams on a daily base.
Recording CATS Preparation of tools for the service teams.
Preparation of trips around the world foe service teams.
Communications with other service planer for synergies.
Greek port authorities’ daily cooperation's.

In this position, minimal travel is required, possibly 1-2 trips per year; this is primarily an office-based role

Requirements for the position

Knowledges of engines components and tools.
Previous experience in the Field Service department.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Reporting skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Familiarity with Wärtsilä products is a plus.
Experience in inventory and warehouse management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
