We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Planner to join our team.
The location for this position is in Mandra, Greece.
Your role and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule Field Service (FS) activities and work orders.
- Planning board daily update.
- Support service teams on a daily base.
- Recording CATS Preparation of tools for the service teams.
- Preparation of trips around the world foe service teams.
- Communications with other service planer for synergies.
- Greek port authorities’ daily cooperation's.
In this position, minimal travel is required, possibly 1-2 trips per year; this is primarily an office-based role
Requirements for the position
- Knowledges of engines components and tools.
- Previous experience in the Field Service department.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Reporting skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Wärtsilä products is a plus.
- Experience in inventory and warehouse management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
