Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified Great Place to Work® in Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Service Team in Unox Greece.
Main activities:
· Provide service and support to customers during site visits or when travelling;
· Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintain and test the various functions;
· Diagnose technical errors or problems and determine the appropriate solution;
· Perform detailed and timely service reports;
· Know the processes and mechanisms to be followed;
· Follow all company procedures and protocols;
· Communicate with after sales service for work organization;
· Identify the origin of the failure of the UNOX equipment;
· Install UNOX equipment and train customers in its use;
· Make detailed and complete reports of problems encountered in the field.
Requirements:
· English language skills would be an asset;
· Ability to diagnose and solve problems;
· Ability to work under pressure reacting and responding positively;
· Ability to think logically;
· At least 2 years of experience;
· Residence: Athens;
· Availability to travel (80% of the time).
