The role in a nutshell:

The HR Services Manager (HRSM) plays a vital role within the Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) organisation, by providing expert HR advice to a range of global clients relating to Employment Laws in Greece.

How you will make a difference:

Main point of contact for all HR related questions throughout the worker life cycle
Working with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for all new GEO workers
Proactively supporting the delivery of all the GEO HR processes encompassing handbooks, policies, practices and procedures.
Developing all types of contracts of employment ensuring legal compliance
Managing complex HR projects and issues with Workers/Clients. Including Performance Management, terminations & transfer of employment
and update, HR policies, procedures and work conditions as well as ensuring their communication and compliance
Actively identifying gaps in processes and make recommendations/implement changes necessary to mitigate risk
Assisting with the monthly payroll for all workers with our local payroll partner

What will give you an advantage:

Strong Greek Labor Law Experience
HR experience; Management of Employment Terminations is essential
Fluent in Greek & English is essential
Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues
Previous payroll experience is desirable
