Position: Slovakian Customer Support Advisor
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece (On-site)
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and service-related questions.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain customer records and keep detailed reports of interactions.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Slovak (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Thessaloniki, Greece.
