About the Role
We are looking for a Kids Club Team Leader who is responsible for the supervision of the Kids Only team. The Kids Club Team Leader is responsible to ensure the well-being of all One&Only little Guests by providing highly personalized services and creating everlasting memories through innovative kids programs. This position is seasonal.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring safety and wellbeing of all children in the Kid’s club.
- Follow One&Only vision by creating everlasting memories through the kid’s only programs, which promote child development and creativity.
- Maintaining an organized and clean environment.
- Promotes Kid’s Only services to all Resort Guests.
- Assists the Kids Club Manager
- Collaborating with other departments on daily basis to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the kids club experience.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- A perfect candidate should hold a Primary Education degree (ideally Greek University)
- Minimum 1 year' work experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the practices relating to childcare and education field.
- Knowledge of First Aid is desirable.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of the team.
