Technical Asset Assistant Manager


Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Asset Assistant Manager. Through this role you will support the Technical Asset Manager in overseeing the lifecycle management of our organization's technical assets. This includes tracking, maintaining, and optimizing the use of hardware, software, and other technical resources to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The candidate will also take part in all technical projects that Management focuses, including targeting new assets, participating in the project team for supervising renovation activities and overseeing technical studies, up to the point of final delivery of the new acquisitions to the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer acquisition.
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
• Producing high-quality content for marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, articles, and press releases.
• Managing and updating company website and social media platforms to ensure consistent and engaging online presence.
• Tracking and analyzing key marketing metrics, such as conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as product managers and sales teams, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support sales efforts.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in order to drive innovation and continuously improve marketing strategies.

• Assist in maintaining an inventory of all technical assets, including hardware, software licenses, and subscriptions.
• Support the Technical Asset Manager in tracking asset usage, performance, and lifecycle stages.
• Report to her/his manager on the performance of the sites, by monitoring and providing performance indicators (KPIs), as well as producing regular reports. Provides exhaustive, systematic and reliable feedback of essential information.
• Aid in the development and implementation of asset management policies and procedures.
• Manage the relationship with the various stakeholders regarding technical or operational topics.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather asset-related information and updates.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations taken between the Company and third parties such as construction/technical companies and study engineers or other service provider. It includes the monitoring of contractual guarantees.
• Fulfill administrative missions such as negotiation and contracting of third-party services, validation of invoices, OPEX-CAPEX estimation, budget monitoring, claim management, etc.
• Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with asset management policies and industry standards.
• Help identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization of technical assets.
• Represent the Company towards third parties within the limits of the contract or the project requirements.
• Assist in documenting and maintaining records of asset-related transactions, contracts, and agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical asset management.
• Coordinate site interventions and optimise schedules. Makes sure site work is performed in compliance with safety rules for people and equipment. Implements precautionary measures related to any identified deviation.
• Follow up and coordinate site work or studies related to permit or administrative requirements, including compensatory measures.
• Be accountable for project Quality Cost Delivery Planning (QCDP) and project Environment Health & Safety (EHS)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Technical Institute or Polytechnic School)
• Previous experience in asset management, inventory control, building licensing/permitting or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge in CAD design software (Auto CAD) is a must.
• Knowledge of asset management software is a plus.
• Willing to travel.
