The role
The Activation Executive will be responsible for managing trade marketing operations within the East Region, covering Greece, Turkey, Africa, the GCC, and APAC regions. This role involves extensive travel (1 week each month), close collaboration with regional and global teams, and overseeing marketing activations in the duty-free sector.

The role
The Activation Executive will be responsible for managing trade marketing operations within the East Region, covering Greece, Turkey, Africa, the GCC, and APAC regions. This role involves extensive travel (1 week each month), close collaboration with regional and global teams, and overseeing marketing activations in the duty-free sector.
Key accountabilities
- Coordinate training, engagement, and planning for in-store staff.
- Deliver and update training for sales and promotional staff, both in-person and virtually.
- Track and analyze KPIs (contacts, trials, volume) to ensure target achievements.
- Act as the main contact for regional field staff, supporting and resolving issues.
- Conduct regular in-market coaching and product training for retail staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute the 5Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion, People) at the point of sale.
- Experience in Sales/Marketing in FMCG.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred based on region.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Knowledge of trade and consumer marketing; agency management experience is a plus.
