- You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- To provide customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to members
- Collaborate with internal parties for customers' enquiries and/ or complaints
- To Work closely with team supervisors to ensure escalated issues are handled in a timely and correct manner
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service and customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date member information
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in contact centre environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts
- Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude and a team player
- Passion for building customer loyalty by carefully listening, building rapport and providing extraordinary customer care, using strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident computer skills are vital as you’ll be using multiple tools and systems daily
- Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills
- Bilingual in a combination of two of the following, Cantonese, Mandarin or English

- Who are we looking for?

Pay: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
