To answer medical enquires via phone calls and emails

To provide quality and accurate information to customers in a professional manner

To work closely with teammates to help meeting client objectives

To follow-up on customer complaints and tackle the problems timely and professionally

To prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to management and global team

No selling activities involved

Job Requirements

Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Putonghua is an advantage

Degree in Biology / Biomedical Sciences / Medical Science / Science / Related Healthcare Discipline

At least 1 year of relevant experience in relevant field

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts

Good PC skills in Power Point, Excel and Word
