Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment, redemption and their enquiries in a professional and integrity way

Promote loan refinance service to existing customers

Explore business opportunities with existing clients proactively

Devote accountability and contribute capabilities in ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan

Requirements:
Tertiary education, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 4

At least 2 years working experience in sales or customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure

Proficiency in MS Office
