工作職責:
主動推廣最新貸款服務及產品給客戶

提供優質客戶查詢服務,包括有關貸款申請狀況、審批結果等

如客人有興趣申請貸款,可安排客人於網上辦理貸款手續 或 安排熱線同事跟進

建立和保持良好的客戶關係,時刻為客人提供專業意見

上班地點:筲箕灣 / 西環

上班時間:星期一至五 ( 0900 - 1900)

職位要求:
HKCEE / HKDSE 程度或以上或HKQF level 4同等學歷

最少有兩年以上的銷售經驗、門市零售經驗或顧客服務經驗

如無相關工作經驗者,唯性格外向、對工作充滿熱誠、積極進取、有責任感亦可

具良好的表達能力、說話技巧、銷售及顧客服務技巧更佳
