Accountant

We are currently recruiting for an Accountant to join our Hong Kong office on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance team and will have a direct impact on the month end result.

Reporting to the Finance Manager some of your key duties include:

Handle project accounting and management and accounts payable processes
Review project budgets and highlight any issues to project managers and Partners-in-Charge to mitigate business risks
Work closely with project teams to ensure timely billing and collection of invoices.
Prepare accounts payable journal input and reporting within required timeframe.
Support the finance manager in completing periodic financial reports.
Support the finance manager to provide financial analysis and advice to the management team
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Support preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts and monitor actual KPIs against approved budget/forecasts.
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register to ensure the data is current and accurate
Other duties as assigned
