Responsibilities:
Report to the Finance Controller in Hong Kong
Handle accounts receivables functions and liaise with internal & external parties and respond to their queries
Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
File and maintain accounting records and supporting documents properly
Assist in preparing monthly management report and financial analysis
Assist in preparing documents to bank and liaise with them for any amendment needed
Enforce Accounting Policies and Procedures
Support budget and periodic forecasting
Assist in annual financial statement audit and tax supporting schedule

Requrments:
2+ years relevant working experience, trading/retail industry
Good excel skills and proficient in Oracle accounting software is a plus
Strong sense of responsibility
Well organized, motivated and detail-oriented
Love to interact with different people and acquire good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluent in English and Cantonese.
