We are looking for Assistant Accountant - with details as follows :

The Job :
Work in Accounting team of 7 members

Perform daily accounting operations includes preparing vouchers and bookkeeping;

Manage Accounts Payable and ensure all the accounting information in compliance with company policies and accounting standard in a timely manner;

Coordinate with banks on facilities arrangement and assist in handling documentation;

Assist in cash flow forecast and full P&L forecast;

Support month-end closing activities include balance sheet reconciliation, advance payment, accruals, and month end and year end accounting reports;

Perform any ad hoc projects/ assignments as required.

Tertiary education in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines or above;

3+ years accounting experience in trading companies

Good PC skills especially spreadsheets

An advantage if experience in ERP/SAP environment

Proficient in English and Cantonese;

No trips is required

5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm OR 8:30am-5:30pm)

13 months salary + performance bonus

Annual leave : 12 days (first year) to 19 days (maximum)
