Our services include : school bus, airport shuttle, hotel shuttle, tour bus.. etc

We are looking for Transportation Admin Clerk (車務部文員) - with details as follows :

The Job :
與客戶溝通,了解及確認各柯打的要求,基本客戶服務,

通知車隊司機工作安排,確認所有柯打沒有被遺漏。

處理一切投訴,與客戶溝通。

向客人發出發票,等等文件工作。

有責任心,彈性工作,能處理經常變化的工作。

中文電腦輸入

windows, Microsoft office 等等

有運輸、物流公司、旅遊巴士或校車公司工作經驗者優先

工作時間: 11am-8pm

一個月放7天例假(已包含法定假期), 另加大假10天

Communicate with customers, understand and confirm the requirements of each request

Inform the drivers of the work schedule, make sure no orders are missed

Handle all complaints and communicate with customers.

Issue invoices to customers and other paperwork.

Chinese data entry

Computer skills : Windows, Microsoft office etc.

An advantage if experience in transportation, logistics, travel bus or school bus companies

Working hours : 11am-8pm

7 days off per month (statutory holiday included)

Annual leave : 10 days
