The Accounting Clerk will support the Accounting & Reporting Team by handling payments, preparing accounting entries and updating financial statements for the month-end closing.

Job Descriptions:
Reconcile vendor invoices and identify discrepancies and prepare payments
Prepare monthly journals and month-end closing accounting entries
Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile inter-company balance
Prepare month-end schedules
Participate in external audit process (interim, hard close and year-end) and tax assessment
Handle clerical, filing and ad hoc tasks and reports as may be assigned

Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in Business, Accounting, or related disciplines
Fresh graduates, or 1- 2 year of accounting or audit experiences
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications (knowledge in SAP will be an advantage)

Willingness to learn and proactive

Stable, meticulous and organised

Capable of working effectively in a multinational environment

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
