Responsibilities:
Perform general duties of Human Resources and administrative duties

Participant in recruitment process such as posting recruitment advertisement, arrange interviews, contract preparation, etc.

Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding, staff attendance, performance appraisal administration, transfers, promotions, and management of employee data and reports with accuracy

Assist in organizing staff activities

Serve as back-up receptionist if needed

Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Diploma or above
Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, willing to learn and take up challenges with “Can-do” attitude.
Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Office 365, and Share Point
