Human Resources Transformation Assistant
FULL TIME

- Assist in the project delivery of HR systems, e.g., coordination between business users and technical teams
- Work closely with IT, vendor and business users to drive user testing exercise, including preparing and conducting UAT
- Responsible for project documentation, including user manual and training materials preparation
- Handle inquiries and provide information on HR systems
- Provide clerical support to management and assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably with digital project implementation experience
- Positive and proactive attitude with willingness to embrace new technology
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
