Accounts Clerk

One of the well-established companies with good reputation for tackling diverse range of civil engineering projects, is seeking for high calibre applicants to fill in the following positions for its Hong Kong Projects:-
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for site office on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation
Assist to handle general site administration inquiries
Monitor the attendance, wage payments and MPF contributions to all site staff
Provide support in coordination and HR tasks
Provide clerical support to the project team in all aspects of project administration and coordination works as well as perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
Act as back-up of other team members when reqired
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisors

Requirement:

HKCEE/HKDSE or above with LCCI Level 2 or above
Fresh Graduation will be considerable
1-3 years of accounting experience is an advance
Immediately available perferable
Knowledge of Accounting system is perferable
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn, multi-taking and flexible to accommodate changing requirements
Good knowledge of computer applications in MS Office, e.g. MS Word & Excel
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
