Job descriptions :
Perform daily accounts operations including voucher preparation, general ledger preparation, bank reconciliation, staff expense reimbursement, payments, record-keeping, invoicing, and receipt preparation;

Able to handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and schedules;

Follow-up customers’ settlement;

Assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor (if any).

Requirements :
LCC higher or above with at least 2 year of working experience in Accounting field;

Proficiency in MS applications, Chinese word processing, and excel (vlookup, pivot table & advance level) is necessary;

Matured, independent, well-organized, and able to work under pressures;

Initiative, and willing to learn;

Immediate available and knowing how to use FLEX / PEACHTREE System are definitely an advantage;
