We are currently looking for an Accounts Officer to join our Accounts Team in Hong Kong’s leading decentralized office area – Taikoo Place. With top-flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily payments and receipts
Assist supervisors to prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with statutory guidelines
Handle forecasting, budgeting, and ensure timely updating accounting records and reconciliation of accounting records

REQUIREMENTS

DSE or above, preferably with diploma in accountancy
Minimum 2 years’ accounting experiences in full set accounting
Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Familiar with PC operation and MS Office
