Senior Administrative Assistant - Pacific Place

We are now looking for a talented Senior Administrative Assistant to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to Senior Building Management, the incumbent will be responsible for document preparation, timesheet monitoring, data entry and verification. The candidate will also maintain files and record systems while managing internal client relationships to carry out simple procedural tasks and duties assigned by her direct supervisors.
- HKCEE/ HKDSE holder with 5 passes including English and Chinese
- Minimum of 3 years' secretarial or administrative work experience
- A pleasant team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
