We are currently looking for a talented Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team, which plays a crucial role in efficient operation and long-term sustainability of our diverse portfolio of properties. RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare & review policies and guidelines to uphold building maintenance and procurement standards
Ensure building maintenance and procurement practice are adhered to
Conduct analysis and prepare reports on procurement data
Manage the approved vendor list & render support to both internal users & external service providers
Provide professional and independent advice on technical solutions and cost
Enhance efficiency and effectiveness of management systems

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Surveying or equivalent
At least 3 years post qualification experience in building consultancy or maintenance management
Professional member of HKIS / RICS in building surveying stream or equivalent
Conversant with Buildings Ordinance, Code of Practice and statutory requirements
Knowledge on smart FM operation and green building certification schemes are preferred
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and Auto CAD
