We are now looking for a talented Senior Human Resource officer to be part of the Talent Acquisition here at Swire Properties! The incumbent will report into our Talent Acquisition Manager in the development and execution of recruitment process and selection.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Building and maintaining strong pipeline of potential candidates for handle Property management or real estate related hires in the residential area.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process by attracting and bringing onboard the best candidates with the right set of skills and competencies
  • Exploring innovative recruitment channels and network to support the talent acquisition initiatives to support the growth of Swire properties
  • Staying on top of latest recruitment best practices, talent market trends, emerging tools and technologies while providing talent attraction advice to hiring managers
  • Supporting HR projects when needed that includes employer branding initiatives to lead us to become the best admired employer in the industry globally
  • Maintaining the necessary data metrics related to talent attraction and recruitment
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant disciplines is an added advantage
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Property management or real estate industry for HR or recruitment related functions
  • In-depth understanding of multiple recruiting and social media platforms and demonstrate agility by working in a fast-paced environment with ever changing demand
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with and manage relationships at all levels
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resource Officer
