Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of HR operational support including recruitment activities, on-off boarding arrangement, payroll & taxation, employee relations

Work closely with property / department heads to provide professional advice on HR-related matters.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, HR system records, and fringe benefits for all employees.

Assist in other ad-hoc Human Resources related tasks assigned by the Department Head

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or relevant disciplines

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR or related field

Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and relevant laws and regulations.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing

Less experience would be considered as Human Resources Officer
