We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist specializing in Payroll Services. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about payroll management and committed to delivering exceptional HR services to our corporate clients across various industries.

What you will do:
Payroll Management:
Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process payroll for employees, including calculations of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies swiftly and effectively.
Maintain payroll records and ensure timely reporting of payroll data to management.
HR Support:
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement payroll policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll policies, benefits, and compensation inquiries.
Assist in the development of HR initiatives related to employee compensation and benefits.
What you should possess:
Proven experience in payroll management with a thorough understanding of payroll systems and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
