Responsibilities:
Prepare the Line-to-Take to response to the enquires on Electronic Duty Management System from general staff;

Take lead in organising and holding the staff briefing / communication / engagement session and other outreaching activities to introduce the Electronic Duty Management System;

Conduct the background research related to Electronic Duty Management System

Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the employer

Requirements:
Accredited Bachelor Degree of University or above in human resources, business administration, communication, marketing, public relations, media, event managements, or other equivalent fields,

At least 8 years of relevant experience in human resources management, administrative support, public relations, and/or event management;

Achieved Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English language in HKCEE / HKDSEE, or equivalent.

Had at least two years’ experience in working for government departments or similar organisations.

Had the experience in working for Government Departments or similar organisations.

Familiar with MS Office, with English and Chinese word processing speed at 30 wpm or more.
