Building Surveyor - Pacific Place

We are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Pacific Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.
- Monitor maintenance, repair and upgrading of the building fabric, plumbing and drainage installations in Pacific Place
- Assist in preparation of the budget reports, recommendation of maintenance and improvement strategies
- Monitor tenants' fit-out works
- Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work, implement corrective and planned maintenance
- Handle enquiries on all related issues, plan & execute system upgrades and prepare technical reports
- Degree in Building Surveying or graduate from related disciplines
- Qualified Professional Building Surveyor (MHKIS or MRICS)
- 5 years of experience in maintenance of building fabrics
- Good communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and Auto CAD
- Willingness to attend 24-hour emergency calls
