Assistant Project & Maintenance Manager (Building) (Ref: 240001IP)

Responsibilities

Manage building infrastructure and facilities maintenance activities
Conduct condition survey and check technical feasibility of design schemes
Review fit-out proposal to ensure in compliance of corporate, statutory, and safety requirements as well as meeting clients’ expectations
Handle alteration and refurbishment works in the commercial properties managed or owned by the Corporation
Provide design and technical support for planning of new projects
Prepare plan, budget, and implement alterations and additions works and/or renovation works throughout the planning, design, tender, construction, handover, and operation stages for the assigned portfolio with innovative idea and methodologies

Requirements

Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in commercial buildings
Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognized professional institution, such as the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, or equivalent
Solid experience in routine maintenance, facility management, and project management of property
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
