Assistant Project & Maintenance Manager (Building) (Ref: 240001IP)

Responsibilities
  • Manage building infrastructure and facilities maintenance activities
  • Conduct condition survey and check technical feasibility of design schemes
  • Review fit-out proposal to ensure in compliance of corporate, statutory, and safety requirements as well as meeting clients’ expectations
  • Handle alteration and refurbishment works in the commercial properties managed or owned by the Corporation
  • Provide design and technical support for planning of new projects
  • Prepare plan, budget, and implement alterations and additions works and/or renovation works throughout the planning, design, tender, construction, handover, and operation stages for the assigned portfolio with innovative idea and methodologies

Requirements
  • Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in commercial buildings
  • Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognized professional institution, such as the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, or equivalent
  • Solid experience in routine maintenance, facility management, and project management of property
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
