Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Department Head of IT and the IT staff, manage the general administrative activities of the department and branch
• Execute a range of administrative and clerical tasks to maintain consistent operations (e.g., deadlines, budgets, payments, invoices, IT assets, user accounts, etc.)
• Oversee and manage management sheets through regular review and reconciliation
• Promote sustainable operations and frameworks for ongoing IT support
• Enhance existing asset and payment management processes for effectiveness and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an administrative or office assistant
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese (N1 level)
• Knowledge of office management practices and an understanding of the importance of policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking and organized
