Our client, a Japanese company which sells automobiles and motor vehicle parts, is looking for a Part Time Shipping Clerk to support the daily operation.

Job Duties:
Data Input – Accurately input shipping data into the HOUSE system and maintain organized records

Document Creation – Prepare and issue shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (BL)

Coordination – Coordinate shipping activities with forwarders and customers, ensuring timely communication regarding schedules and documentation

Requirements:
Solid experience of over 1 year in the shipping field

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. (Time Management & Attention to Detail)

Maintain discretion with sensitive information and communicate clearly with team members and clients. (Confidentiality & Communication)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Chinese typing

Details:
3 or 5 days per week, 9am - 6pm (1 hour no pay lunch)

Causeway bay, near MTR Station

6 months/ One year contract (renewable, depends on performance)

Immediate available is highly preferred
