Our client, one of the statutory bodies in Hong Kong, support and provide services to maintain and improve the productivity in both commercial and industrial sector. They are now looking for Contract Project Officer (Call Centre) to assist the operation of a funding program.

Job Duties:
Assist in implementing the Government funding programme to encourage enterprises in using technological solutions to improve productivity and transform their business processes

Handle phone enquiries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner

Perform quality control, keep track of cases progress and give regular updates to supervisor

Fulfil daily operational tasks and documentation in line with Key Performance Index.

Assist in maintaining the database and compiling reports

Maintain proper documentation and filing records

Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in business, accounting, public administration, information management or related discipline

2 years or more full-time working experience preferably with customer service and client facing experience

Working experience in Call Centre is a big plus

Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive with positive working attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, Kowloon Tong

1 year contract (renewable, based on work performance)
