We are looking for Administration Assistant - with details as follows :

The Job :
Provide secretarial support to Japanese Manager and administrative support to Admin Team

Manage calendars, organizing meetings, coordinate travel arrangements and related matters

Prepare agendas, minutes, reports and documents for board meetings

Maintain filing system for statutory records, legal documents, contracts and other records.

Assist in legal and commercial documents, liaise with lawyers in regard to legal documents.

Handle contracts review, insurances or related matters

Expatriate staff visa applications & renewals

Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business, Law or related disciplines

3+ years work experience, of which preferably 1+ year in legal / corporate service / professional firm

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Word, Excel and Power Point

5 days work

13 months salary + performance bonus
