We are looking for IT Manager - with details as follows :
The Job :
Report to the Director

Work independently for full spectrum of IT role; including various projects like cyber security, infrastructure....etc

Provide in-house comprehensive support for IT hardware, overseeing the repair and maintenance of laptops, desktops, mobile devices ....etc

Diagnosed and troubleshot a wide range of computer issues, network connectivity problems, and hardware/software malfunctions.

Offer support for wireless and wired networking and video conference and presentation systems as needed.

Perform servers, storage administration, backup/restore and troubleshooting.

Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies to ensure data reliability.

Implement security measures, including malware removal and installation of security software, to safeguard systems.

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with supporting MS Windows, server, MS Office Applications and MS Office 365 administration

Hands-on experience in Google Workplace administration

Maintain IT infrastructure to ensure availability.

Participate in various IT projects.

Explore and study the latest IT products and technologies.

Perform software/hardware deployment, maintenance, and testing.

Handle IT procurement process and asset management.

Assist with cloud projects, site connectivity, express route, and VPN.

Plan, implement and enhance IT policies and procedures

Degree holder

CISSP is a plus
