Administration Officer – Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

Perform general office administrative functions and provide full spectrum of secretarial and executive support to the Sales & Marketing Division
Assist in all business activities, such as coordinating and scheduling meetings with both internal and external parties, managing business correspondence, recording meeting minutes, and preparing sales-related reports.
Prepare and provide on-site supports for warehouse visits and other sales & marketing events and programmes
Other job duties assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Level 4 or above in HKDSE English, Chinese, and Mathematics subjects, or their equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant office administration experience
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Administration Officer
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is preferred
Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing.
Outgoing, self-motivated, positive with good interpersonal skill
Ability to work under pressure and independently
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of ownership and commitment to task and time
Good discipline and business ethics
Team player and able to work independently and flexibly
