Cargo Administration Officer
FULL TIME

- Prepare reports and letters for internal and external parties
- Prepare memo for updating staff on latest requirements from customer airlines, Government authorities and business partners
- Ensure proper filing of records and documents, consolidate and distribute document to the concern authorities and business partners
- Coordinate all necessary internal and external meetings and assist in minute taking
- Issue Purchasing Request for stationery and other offices equipment replenishment
- Provide a timely manner response to the enquiry from external and internal parties
- Degree holder; or Diploma holder with 2 years’ relevant experience; or F.5 with 4 years’ relevant experience
- 2 years’ experience in customer services is preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered to take up a less senior position
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellence communication skill and strong negotiation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
