Responsibilities:

• Perform routine clerical and documentation support for department.
• Prepare printout for staff roster and attendance record per department at timely basis.
• Provide full spectrum of administrative support including but not limited to maintaining staff attendance and leave record in internal HR system and necessary reports at timely basis.
• Collect and distribute HR related documents between departments and HR departments.
• Liaise between departments to achieve accurate data input regards staff payroll.
• Follow the standards and guidelines in accordance with the ISO requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above.
• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Well-organized with strong sense of responsibility, multi-tasking and hard-working.
• Fair in both spoken and written English is necessary.
• Computer literate.
