To cope with our expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and talented 3D Designer to become a vital part of our creative team in Hong Kong. Job Duties:
Report to the Executive Creative Director and collaborate with leading designers on Master Design and Design Development projects, including VM, POSM, and POP design.
Assist in taking the creative lead on exciting pitches, delivering original and effective design solutions.
Enhance our creative offerings by bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
Direct and inspire the design team's beginner and intermediate 3D visualizers.

Guide projects from concept to completion under the authority of the Executive Creative Director, driving creative pitches individually or by mentoring and reviewing team members’ work.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Retail Design or an equivalent field.
5 years or more experience in Retail Experiential Design or related fields such as Exhibition, Event, Pop-Up, or Store/POSM Design. Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
A solid understanding of consumer behaviour.
A strong creative background with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to develop strategic and conceptual ideas for innovative retail solutions.
Strong time management and project process knowledge, including factory visits.
Proficiency in software: 3D Max (V-Ray), Sketch Up, Auto CAD, and Photoshop is essential. Good hand sketch ability is highly appreciated.
Candidates with less leadership experience will be considered for the Advanced 3D Designer role.
