• Full Spectrum of HR Duties, including Recruitment, C&B, Training,performance, employee relations,etc.
• Responsible for office administration, provide administrative support to the Hong Kong office and team, including supplier management, materials and equipment procurement, maintenance, other office administrative duties and emergency handling;
• Record office daily expenses, collect and review employee reimbursement documents, and perform administrative accounting related duties;
• Assist the assistant general manager in organizing company trainings, meetings, etc., and keep meeting minutes. Participate in designated temporary projects when necessary, assist and supervise customer service to complete relevant work;
• Supervisor: HRD (in GZ) & Executive Creative Director (in HK)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 2-4 years experience in HR field with Recruitment Background
• Worked for advertising、design & architecture industry is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC/Mac skills, e.g. Excel, PPT
• Immediate available is preferred.
