1. Primary owner for developing partner ecosystems in facilitating the business environment favourable to Alibaba Cloud in Hong Kong.2. Recruiting, onboarding, and developing partners proactively to capture the rapid business growth of cloud business.3. Responsible for partner revenue , joint business plan, and partner campaigns execution.4. Maintains accurate record of pipelines, sales forecasts & campaigns and provides updates to regional leadership.5. Interfacing with Regional channel team for business direction and working closely with BD team from business development, pre-sales, marketing, & support in fulfilling daily operations.6. Meet individual sales target and OKR7. Ensures partner’s quality and competence through reinforcing KPI, partner program and certification, e.g. ACA, ACP & ACE, requirement to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of relevant experience in Iaa S/Paa S/Saa S business.2. Solid partner management experience and proven record of driving and closing deals with partners3. Distinctive problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills4. Innovative and cognitive mindset to deal with dynamic business environment5. Good speaking & written English6. Possessing certificate for Alibaba Cloud Academy’s ACA & ACP is an advantage
