The Clinical Trials Centre (HKU-CTC) is a leading clinical trials management platform established under the University of Hong Kong LKS Faculty of Medicine (HKUMed) and is dedicated to managing and facilitating international-standard clinical trials on new drugs, medical devices and medical technologies. HKU-CTC offers long-term development opportunities to passionate talents who pursue career advancement and success.
We are seeking a high calibre programming professional to join our Information Technology Unit as an Analyst Programmer. Fresh graduates or applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment as a Programmer.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and technical issues are resolved;
- Design and develop software solutions while managing databases and providing technical support;
- Analyze user requirements to ensure alignment with software functionality and develop prototypes as needed; and
- Ensure quality through documentation, code reviews, and participation in testing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience;
- Solid skills in C# and ASP.NET MVC;
- Hands-on experience in modern web/mobile technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Java Script;
- Proactive in learning new technologies and tools;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work as a good team player with positive service attitude.
